conditioning (HVAC) equipment -- today announced its attendance at The 2008
Offshore Technology Conference at the Reliant Center in Houston, Texas, May 5th
to the 8th.
Key executives plan to schedule and conduct meetings with representatives
from a number of interested firms in effort to stimulate future sales
opportunities and improve brand recognition within the offshore industry.
The company also plans to network with event attendees in support of its
first ever major advertising campaign running in conjunction with the
conference. As announced previously by the company, the April and May
editions of Offshore Magazine -- which will be distributed, free of charge,
at OTC 08 -- contain a feature advertisement for Marmion's new STALLION air
conditioner line.
The event is the world's premier offshore industry conference and
perceived by management as an ideal networking platform for the company as
it explores new opportunities for future growth. Event coordinators expect
attendance to exceed 70,000 offshore professionals. More than 67,000 people
visited OTC .07 -- a 25-year high, an increase of 13% over 2006. In
addition, nearly 2,400 companies from more than 30 countries participated in
the show. Total exhibit space was nearly 530,000 square feet, about the size
of 13 football fields.
