HOUSTON, April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marmion Industries Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: MMIO - News), (the "Company") -- an emerging manufacturer and modifier of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment -- today announced that the company has recently celebrated the official foundation laying of it new manufacturing facility.

Located in Houston, Texas, the facility will be dedicated to manufacturing a growing suite of explosion-proof HVAC equipment, including the company's new STALLION industrial AC product line. The building will also act as the company's headquarters and will house its recently expanded sales and marketing efforts. Final completion is expected by the end of July 2008.
