Marmion Industries Announces Purchase Order from Existing Customer Valued at More than \$100,000

Additional Purchase Orders Anticipated During Early December

HOUSTON, Dec. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marmion Industries Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: MMIO - News), (the "Company") -- an emerging manufacturer and modifier of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment -- today announced a purchase order from an existing customer valued at $106,323.58.

The company anticipates being awarded additional purchase orders in early December and will update the public on their status once agreements are finalized.
