HOUSTON, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marmion Industries Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: MMIO - News), (the "Company") -- an emerging manufacturer and modifier of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment -- today announced the approval of a work release notice for a change-order valued at $99,780.10 for its project at Debakey High School located in Houston, Texas.

Marmion Industries also has multiple additional change-order requests pending approval and estimates the contract to be worth nearly $900,000 upon final completion, which is expected by December of 2007.
