All is Well with NatureWell

ANOTHER Massive Revenue Explosion!

Would you invest in a company with monthly year over year 2007 revenues (01/2007 - 01/2007) rising at an average rate of nearly 1000% over the same period in 2006?

For the eleven months ended May 31, 2007, NatureWell's revenue jumped in excess of 400% over the same period in 2006! Now, I am no accountant, but with high triple digit sales increases like these, it won't take long for other market participants to join the party.

The real beauty here has been consistency. We are not talking a month or two of large revenue increases, but is FIVE big months (nearly half the year) . . . and counting!

NatureWell's Chairman and CEO, James Arabia had this to say: "May was another good month for us. Right now, we pretty well know how many new practitioner accounts and how much revenue can be generated on a monthly basis by each sales representative once they have been properly trained and begin making calls. And the numbers so far make a lot of sense. So for now, the priority is on expanding our sales and customer service representatives with the hope of opening new practitioner accounts at the same rate per sales representative that our experience demonstrates."

Migraine Prevention

If these 2007 monthly growth figures aren't enough to pique your interest, NAWL is gaining a solid foothold in the multi-billion dollar migraine treatment/prevention market. With the treatment of migraines in United States alone at approximately $2.5 billion annually and according to the National Headache Foundation an estimated 28.5 million Americans are affected by migraines, NAWL has barely scratched at the potential market share it plans to obtain.

NAWL: Making Big Gains, Homing in on Target Market

Up nearly 30% early on in today's trading, Naturewell Inc. (OTCBB: NAWL) is making some noise. NAWL announced today that it has become an Authorized Vendor of Chiropractors Buying Group, Inc. ("CBG") (www.cbgsave.com).

With more than 4,000 chiropractor members, the CBG is the leading buying group in the chiropractic industry (one of NAWL's key target markets!).

Backing from such a well-respected industry authority can only have a positive impact on sales going forward in our opinion. With the company's core addressable market in the U.S. pegged at more than 217,000; today's news represents a huge step in the right direction.

A Match Made in Heaven?

As Naturewell Inc. (OTCBB: NAWL) pushed forward with its aggressive direct to health care provider sales & marketing strategy, management discovered a distinct synergy between its business and that of Commerce Planet Inc. (OTCBB: CPNE).

CPNE has gained notoriety in recent months, both for its surging stock price and the ability of its subsidiaries to move products, whatever it may be.

Anybody want to wager that this agreement will positively impact the bottom line?

NAWL: Ramping up for Increased Sales

One key characteristic that we look for in early-stage small cap companies is a management team that states their plans and follows through with them to a T. This is the case today at NatureWell Inc. (OTCBB: NAWL).

A conversation a few months back with CEO James Arabia brought me up to speed on exactly how the company plans to reach its target U.S. demographic of more than 200,000 healthcare professionals.

The plan was this: build a presence at trade shows, in industry periodicals, through new & improved corporate/product web sites, sending product samples, and finally following it all up with an aggressive outbound marketing program. Management has followed through on every step of its plan!

With January sales up more than 400%, it would seem that NAWL's outbound marketing barrage will lead to improved sales for the company. Only time will tell, but at a fraction of a penny this one could be worth your while today.

Growth Strategy Bearing Fruit for NAWL, Investors

Hitting a daily high of $.0034 on news that January revenues were up more than 420% over the same month during 2006, NatureWell Inc. (OTCBB: NAWL) seems to be making the move from a nice idea to a distributor of significant units.

Commenting on today's news, CEO James Arabia stated: "These sales numbers reflect the efforts of our multi-pronged marketing strategy, of which we are in the earliest stages," "It is exciting to see our long-awaited strategy begin to bear fruit. The results are very encouraging and I am optimistic about what we can achieve as our marketing efforts expand and mature. We are constantly evaluating sales techniques and ways to educate healthcare professionals about MigraSpray in order to convince them of the benefits of making MigraSpray available to their patients, and we are only in the beginning of that process."

Since the company is coming to market with what it claims to be the only known over-the-counter migraine treatment that may be used for acute treatment and prevenuetion of migraines, it's a safe been that sales will continue to trend upwards in the near term.

With US market for migraine “treatment” remedies estimated at $1.5 billion and the “untapped” migraine prevention market in US at nearly $3.5 billion annually, NAWL, in our opinion is extremely well positioned to gain significant traction within the migraine market

NAWL Announces Aggresive Trade Show Sched

One key characteristic that we look for in any potential client company is dedication to stating what they plan on doing and actually following through on it. NatureWell Inc. (OTCBB: NAWL) has done just that since we initiated coverage on the company months ago.

By simply putting its product in front of as many healthcare and alternative care practitioners as possible through trade shows, print/email advertising, and an aggressive telephone marketing campaign; NAWL hopes to position itself as the treatment of choice for the country's more than 30 migraine headache sufferers.

NatureWell Inc. (OTCBB: NAWL) Up Nearly 290% in Today’s Market Activity

If this keeps up much longer, there will be more eyes on NatureWell Inc. (OTCBB: NAWL) than there will be on the SuperBowl next weekend.

Running up a whopping 287.5% in trading today on news that its aggressive marketing plan is ramping up in a major way, NAWL attracted so many investor inquiries today that we had to bring on auxiliary staff.

Today’s run should be very interesting to readers. First of all for the gains that could have been made for an investment of a few thousand dollars. Secondly, and more importantly for the fact that the company's MigraSpray, product has been proven extremely effective in scientific studies and is now positioned to tap into both the $1.5 billion dollar market for migraine remedies and the potential "untapped" $3.5 billion market for migraines prevention.

It all starts with NAWL’s aggressive growth strategy that has taken its next big step today. At this point in time, NAWL is emerging as one of the best prospects at its price. If wide-scale sample testing amongst the company’s key target market proves to be successful, the implications for share price are extremely positive.

Growth such as that exhibited today though is obviously impossible to replicate on a daily basis. However, if NAWL is somehow able to pull a few strings and become the treatment of choice for the country’s 32 million migraine sufferers, the possibilities are virtually endless. This is indeed food for thought at a fraction of a penny. Don’t you think?

NAWL Pushing Forward on Marketing Plans, Showing Nice Gains

Announcing today that the company is now shipping sample products to more than 7,500 potential customers and following them up with an aggressive telemarketing campaign, shares of Naturewell Inc. (OTCBB: NAWL) shot up nearly 50% in early trading.

It appears that investors jumped on news that the company is now pushing forward on its Natural Marketing Campaign, which could lead to significant revenue streams if sucessesful.

This should be very interesting to readers since the company's MigraSpray, product has been proven extremely effective in scientific studies and is now positioned to tap into both the $1.5 billion dollar market for migraine remedies and the and potential "untapped" $3.5 billion market for migraines prevention.
