UN Report Warns of Drinking Water Shortage
A report released Tuesday by the UN Intergovernal Panel (IPCC) warns that by 2080, the world could be plagued by starvation and a lack of drinkable water.
For the time being, only an estimated 1% of the world's water supply is now considered fit for drinking. This figure could indeed shrink if steps are not taken to hinder air and water pollution.
Going forward, we plan to dedicate more time to this issue, and companies doing something to make a difference. Check back soon for updated commentary.
