The S&P Small Cap index (SPCY) continued it's march to higher highs this week. The index closed the week at a record closing price of 389.90, barely off the all-time intra-day high of 389.94 which was hit Friday.

The Small Cap Index is up 11.2% on so far in 2006, the S&P 500 is trailing with a gain of 7.5% and the Dow Jones Industrial Average trails even further with a gain of just 4.6%.

All three Indicies made yearly closing highs this week.
