    Investment Highlights

AMWI last week said it has completed the development of its iPhone application for its proprietary Zipclik encryption software.  It said this important application, which is available for a one-time download fee of $99.00, will allow iPhone users to have secure, encrypted calls when using VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) calls using Skype and other VoIP services, when the Zipclik software is installed on their iPhones.

AMWI said it is looking forward to the application’s pending release in Apple’s app store.

The Company also last week announced the launch of its innovative SMS/Mobile marketing package as a part of the monthly services available to clients of its wholly owned subsidiary, (MRW).

MRW is an integrated suite of cloud, Web-enabled solutions that allow restaurants to optimize their existing customer base and develop new customers. These Web-based solutions are serviced via the MRW platform to specifically address the need for restaurant owners that seek an online presence capable of utilizing the most cutting edge Internet and mobile marketing solutions.

“To develop a useful SMS program, the cost may be upwards of $500 to $1,000 per month,” said Jason Gerteisen, president of AMWI.  However, he said the mobile marketing package that MRW offers looks to capture a significant market share of a virtually untapped multi-billion dollar sector by competing directly with ‘Do-it-Yourself’ Web site builders and others, at a drastically lower $49 per month.

AMWI believes there is unlimited potential in mobile advertising and the results can be the equivalent to an avalanche of results to the clientele of MRW, whose Web site tools allow instantly messaged information to mass amounts of their customers, said Gerteisen.

Shares of AMWI dropped 2.79% to close Wednesday at $0.17, with over 4.78 million shares traded hands during the session. The stock has gained 480.0% in the last five days.
