    Investment Highlights

CPOW acquired 95.1% of General Bio Energy Inc. (GBE) through a reverse merger on April 29, 2010, expanding its business in the environmentally friendly green energy industry.  General Bio operates a fully integrated commercial oilseed crushing, bio-diesel refinery, and environmental lubricants manufacturing and bottling, and nutraceutical and food processing plant in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The current plant has a crush capacity of 19.7 million liters of crushed oil annually. Its biodiesel fuel processor can produce up to 20 million liters of biofuel and biofuel additives and the crushing system can produce nearly 32.8 thousand metric tonnes of meal and protein related products for agricultural and aquaculture feedstock annually. The plant is capable of specialty and toll crushing a wide variety of oil seeds. General Bio manufactures, distributes and retails essential oils, camelina, canola, flax, hemp, gourmet cooking oils and skin care formulations under MOPO Environmental Lubricants, General Bio Health, and Spirit of Health names.

    Recent Company News

CPOW recently entered into a letter of intent to supply the Chongqing Grain Group Co. Ltd. of China with crude canola oil.  The Company said the agreement has the potential to generate sales in excess of $400 million over ten years, based on current prices.

“The Chinese market represents an incredible opportunity for Clean Power,” stated CPOW president and CEO Mike Shenher. “This agreement is a breakthrough for us and we’re now refining our working plan to meet and exceed the expectations of our new major customer.”

    New Product Launches

CPOW recently announced the launch of a new line of industrial products that will be branded to tie into its business expansion plans and marketed immediately in Western Canada through retailers and service stations.

CPOW announced it has created the ‘Spirit of Health’ brand under which it will launch a new line of natural consumer products. On December 23, the Company announced its Spirit of Health line has launched production of Omega 3 100% Virgin Camelina Oil – a gourmet consumer product which is an excellent ‘health conscious’ substitute for other salad dressings and cooking oils.

Shenher said the production leverages the Company’s expertise in seed crushing and further diversifies its revenues. He added that this high margin product is another step forward toward the Company’s goal of producing a unique range of environmentally friendly consumer products.

    Record Revenue

CPOW earlier this month said General Bio is on target to reach sales forecasts and complete the fiscal year by more than doubling revenue over last year. Shenher said the Company’s impressive results so far this year include a 12-fold increase in canola oil sales and a 100% increase in sales of canola meal.

The Company posted total revenues of $443,071 for the six-month period ended October 31, 2010, against $190,016 for the same period last year.

“In the years to come, Clean Power Concepts will seek to extend our market in oil sales into other countries with an aim to double our revenues each year,” Shenher said.

    Technical Analysis

    Source: http://stockcharts.com

CPOW is trading above its 13-day moving average. This is considered to be the sign of a bullish trend. There is added weight to this indication because the moving average is rising and suggests that there has been buying interest in this stock.

CPOW’s recent volatility has been greater than normal. This is evidenced by the increased distance between the upper and lower Bollinger Bands. These bands measure volatility using standard deviation and a large width is due to high volatility.

The MACD for CPOW currently indicates a strong bullish signal for two reasons. First, the MACD is above the signal line, a 9-day moving average. Second, the MACD is above 0, which implies that the underlying moving averages are trending higher.
