DANR – The last one out, please turn off the lights

It would appear from looking at its chart that DANR is a penny stock that has “one foot on a banana peel, and one on roller skates”.  The steep and persistent drop in the stock price paints a picture of a company that has lost the hearts and minds of its investors. It was a heavily-hyped penny stock just a few months ago.   All the pumping didn’t help the stock, though.  In fact , it probably hurt it.  Traders got mad about being hyped and drove the stock down.

The news has been so bad and the chart has shed so much value that it is actually a good time to look at DANR.  RSI and Stochastics indicate that it is severely oversold and while the the MACD is strongly bearish it might have a bounce in it….a dead cat bounce!

The financials continue to tell us nothing about the company.  look at their financials and you will see no real assets and no revenues at all.  I do see a constant flood of PR that doesn’t really move the stock.

Is the company ready for a dead cat bounce? Let’s look at the chart:

DANR is down strongly today on triple the average volume.  Will it bounce for a short-term play?….keep an eye on it.  Penny stocks are very unpredictable.  And, will the last one out of the stock, please turn the lights out?
