Actually, it’s “Rust never Sleeps” and it is the title of a Neil Young Album.  I couldn’t resist the pun though.  As I was doing my stock screens this morning, I came across this stock and thought that my readers should know about it.  I like the chart and the company’s prospects.  URANIUM STAR CORP (URST) Is a company that is engaged in the exploration of Vanadium and Uranium in Madagascar and Ontario, Canada respectively.

What I like about the company is the following:

** Uranium is a hot commodity.  With the world embracing nuclear energy technology again, demand is only going to go up.

** Vanadium is being touted as a “green” minerals with uses in all manners of batteries and power generation equipment worldwide.

** The company actually has a decent balance sheet.  That means that despite having no revenues (as of yet) they do have cash in the bank that will allow them to continue to explore for Uranium.

** The company has a huge retained loss and won’t be paying taxes any time in the near future.

** The company is reporting successful exploration sites in Madagascar (Vanadium)

Their site is www.uraniumstar.com/

I like the chart, too.

The stock is being accumulated and the MACD has made a cross and is above the zero line…three strong bullish indicators.  The stock is pushing against the 22 cent resistance level for the third time in a month.  If it is able to push above and maintain a price above 22 cents, it could climb above its 52-week high easily (27 cents).

Definitely worth keeping on the radar list.
